Aiken Picture Frames South has consolidated ALL framing services into one location at 15 East Brent Lane in Pensacola.  We expanded our store into two spaces and we now have room to work.  We currently have: 3 Computerized Mat Cutters, 3 Giclee printers, a pneumatic foam core cutter, a glass cutter, a plexiglass cutter, a canvas stretching system and 4 service counters.  We also have preframed pictures and some prints available for purchase and framing. Everyone is in one location and business has picked up enough that we have had to change several policies both retail and wholesale.  We will no longer accept personal checks (business checks are ok)  and we have developed a new Wholesale Mat Order Form  for customers familiar with our products. (*I would like to put a copy of the order form at the end so customers could download it and then fax it in***)

We have a guaranteed one week turnaround time (unless items are out of stock).  Anyone needing something done sooner may be charged a “RUSH FEE” depending on our workload.   Our retail sales seem to be unpredictable and most orders have been completed in 48 hours but sometimes we are overwhelmed with orders that people need right away.

We have recently ordered plexiglass in 32X40 sheets. Anyone that would rather use plexiglass instead of regular glass will be shocked at the pricing but we can cut it to fit any size rectangular frame up to a 32X40.

We still have over 70 different frames (several new styles) and still have about 33 mat colors.  We have expanded our frame shelves so we can stock more sizes and styles.  “Framing While You Wait”  was our focus at the Flea Market and we want to continue that policy (as long as we can fit it into a standard size frame !).    

All of our old phone numbers are still working and ring at the Brent store.  We try to answer the phone whenever we are not with a customer (I think it is rude to stop working with a customer to answer the phone)  but if we don’t answer, we now have voice mail that gets checked at least once at the end of the day.   

Please be patient with us as we try to get things settled.  I am sure there will be more changes and adjustments made as necessary and anyone can leave a note for me (Arlene) or Dad (Jim) anytime at the counter.  Thank you for your patience and we welcome suggestions.
